LMJ Consulting, a leading provider of IT managed services, security and compliance services, , announced today that its ownership team has acquired GCSIT, a value-added reseller and professional services consulting firm. The acquisition will enable LMJ to offer a wider range of IT solutions and services to its clients across Alaska, California, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington.

The acquisition is expected to be completed by January 1st, 2024, subject to customary closing conditions and approvals. LMJ Consulting and GCSIT will continue to operate under their respective brands. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
